2.This Court, while final disposal of this writ petition on 09.09.2020, had requested the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in A.I.R.No.77 of 2020, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and to maintain status quo till such time and had further observed that all the issues are left open to be decided by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. 3.Mr.M.L.Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Secretary/Registrar of Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, sent a communication, dated 28.09.2020, praying for extension of time of three months for disposal of the said appeal.
