This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28567 of 2018 dated 06.12.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition imposed in CRL.O.P.No.28567 of 2018 dated 06.12.2018, on the petitioner, has been complied with regularly from 28.01.2019.

3.Taking into consideration, the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28567 of 2018, dated 06.12.2018, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
