This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition dated 20.08.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard Mr.K.Sasindran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the revision petition has been pending before the second respondent from the year 2022 onwards, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the revision petition on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
