BY ITS MANAGING PARTNER K.KALIAMMAL, Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to deposit the amount for a sum of Rs.5 lakhs imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.92/2017 in Crl.O.P.No.26056 of 2016 dated 05.01.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.92 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.No.127 of 2017 dated 5.1.2017.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time to deposit the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.92 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.No.127 of 2017 dated 5.1.2017 is extended by one week from today (14.2.2017). On such deposit, the matter be referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement, which shall

take place on 27.2.2017. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 27.2.2017 without fail. After mediation, the report has to be filed before this Court within a period of two weeks thereafter. Call the matter on 13.3.2017.
