ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 17.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 147, 148, 307 & 506(ii) in Cr.No.285 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused persons have attacked the defacto complainant with knife, stone and rods and caused injuries to him due to previous enmity. Based on the complaint, the respondent police have registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and prays https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and further submitted that there are twelve previous cases pending against the petitioner and there is a case in counter.

5.Considering the fact that there are twelve previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
