ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to dispose of the CC.No.85 of 2021 pending on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur as expeditiously as possible with in the period of stipulated time.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that

C.C.No.85 of 2021, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur is pending for defence evidence from 25.07.2022. Therefore, this petition.

3. Considering the fact that the case has reached its final stage and the accused has accepted to produce evidence and also the fact that the case is adjourned from time to time for one or the other reason, this Court directs the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur to dispose of the case in C.C.No.85 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
