Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records from the 3rd respondent relating to the notification dt.Nil, bearing reference No.Nil published by the 3rd respondent with regard to admission of students to the Under Graduate Course in the 3rd respondent College for the academic year 2016-17, and quash the same as the same is illegal, arbitrary, malafide, Un Constitutional and contrary to G.O.(D).No.175 dt.18.05.2016 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent college to publish the rank list by applying the rule of reservation on or before 31.05.2016 and call for the candidates for counselling based on the rank list.
