O.A.No.983 of 2016 in C.S.No.826 of 2016 and T.O.S.No.34 of 2018 N.SESHASAYEE.J., The plaintiff in C.S.No.826 of 2016 has taken out this O.A.No.983 of 2016 for an order of interim injunction to restrain the defendants from alienating the property.

However, the suit itself is resisted by the defendants without Will they have propounded, which is a subject matter of T.O.S.No.34 of 2018.

2.The apprehension of the plaintiff in C.S.No.826 of 2016 for the present is bit exaggerated since any alienation that may be made will be subject to the outcome of the decrees that would be passed in both the suits and as any such purchaser only be a pendente lite purchaser.

3.In view of the above, O.A.No.983 of 2016 stands closed.
