ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection and prevent the employees and 3rd respondent union members from holding Dharnas, outside the factory premises of the petitioner and ensure movement of workmen, staff, Managers and officers and ingress and egress of vehicles including the vehicles carrying finished goods and raw materials at the factory premises.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a detailed enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed. That apart, the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that no such incident was happened as alleged by the petitioner for the past three years and the factory has been running smoothly. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition to direct the respondents.

4. In view of the above observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
