Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's and his family member's life by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 23.05.2022.

ORDER
The petitioner is a tenant and the fourth respondent is a landlord.
2. The petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition in W.P.No. 13539 of 2022 seeking a direction to not to harass the petitioner. In that writ petition, this court had directed both the petitioner and the fourth respondent to appear before the 3rd respondent/ Adiyamankottai Police station, Adiyamankottai District and that necessary statement should be given that they would settle the issues only before the civil court and that the police would not be taking the matter in their own hands. Similar direction is given to the petitioner and the fourth respondent to adjudicate all the issues before the civil court and the police need not harass either the petitioner or the fourth respondent. If any police protection is required, complaint may be given and necessary orders may be passed in accordance with law.
3. Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
