ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379 of IPC r/w 21 Mines and Minerals Act 1957 in Crime No.3592 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as the name of the petitioner do not found place in the FIR, the apprehension of arrest does not arise.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
