1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

2. The writ petition, as such, stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail the alternate remedy, as may be permissible under law. In that event, all contentions of the respective parties are kept open. There shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.12703 of 2024 is closed.
