ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to produce the body of the petitioner's wife Chellappapu, aged about 50 years and son Ravi, aged about 30 years, before this Court from the custody of the third respondent and set them at liberty.

It is the case of the petitioner that his wife https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Chellappapu, aged about 50 years, had a quarrel with him on 10.09.2019 and thereafter, she went away with his son Ravi, aged about 30 years. According to the petitioner, his wife and son are in the illegal custody of the third respondent. In this connection, the petitioner has sent some representations to the police by post.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the police have not received any complaint so far. Recording the same, we direct the petitioner to go in person and lodge a written complaint to the second respondent. On such complaint being filed, the second respondent shall register a regular FIR for 'woman and man missing' and take up investigation of the case.
With the above directions, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
