JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo stating that the respondent - Employees State Insurance Corporation on 24.07.2025, has introduced an Amnesty Scheme for the purpose of one time settlement of all the disputes pending as on 31.03.2025. 1/3
2. The learned counsel would also submit that the appellant is willing to avail the scheme for one time settlement in order to give quietus to the issue.
3. The said memo is taken on record. The appellant is permitted to withdraw this appeal in order to avail the benefit of Amnesty Scheme as mentioned supra.
4. Recording the aforestated submissions, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the Appeal afresh in the event of the appellant's case is not considered as per the New Amnesty Scheme dated 24.07.2025.
