2. This Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed to amend the 3rd petitioner's name in the cause title as Komala Devi instead of Komalavalli in W.P.No.9619 of 2020, is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order dated 23.07.2020 and issue fresh order copy.

4. In view of the above amendment, the 3rd petitioner/Komala Devi is permitted to pay 50% of the enhanced rent along with arrears, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
