ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498 (A), 417, 406, 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, in Cr.No.8 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have demanded dowry from the defacto complainant and sent her to her parental house and it is also alleged that the petitioner has married another girl while the first marriage is in subsistence. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

5.Considering the heinous offence committed by the petitioner that he has performed second marriage while the first marriage is in subsistence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
