When the matter is taken up today, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the Third Respondent has passed Order No. TIN 33371020522/2015-16 dated 31.07.2018 in compliance of the order dated 03.02.2017 passed by this Court. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also accepts the same. No further orders are required in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
