ORDER

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. Page No.1 of 4

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and I have also perused the affidavit filed in support of this transfer petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner inviting my attention to the certificate issued by the VHS Thalassaemia Transfusion Centre dated 30.01.2025, states that the petitioner/wife requires Blood Transfusion every fifteen days and therefore, she is now residing in Chennai in order to go through the transfusion process once in every fifteen days and therefore, the petitioner, citing the inconvenience to attend the hearings before the Sub Court, Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District, has now sought for transfer of the proceedings to the Family Court at Chennai.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent/husband fairly submits that the Transfer CMP can be ordered in view of the difficulties expressed by the petitioner/wife.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent/husband, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2025 is hereby withdrawn from Page No.2 of 4

the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai, to be taken up either by the Principal Family Court, Chennai or at its discretion be posted to any of the other Additional Family Courts, considering the pendency of the cases pending before the Family Courts in Chennai. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
