The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pay the petitioner's salary dues from the date of suspension on 23.03.2008 till the date of rejoining.

Further it is submitted that the criminal revision petition filed by the second respondent was ultimately dismissed by this Court on 21.04.2011 and with great difficulty, the petitioner was reinstated in the post. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that, in spite of reinstatement, the salary from the date of suspension till the date of rejoining has not been disbursed by the respondents. It is his further submission that in this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation on 27.03.2023 and in spite of such representation, the respondents have not passed any order.
