The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.07.2007 passed in WP.No. 4616 of 2008.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 30.07.2007 has been complied with, by issuance of patta bearing No. 1476 (RPT No. 2595/2013) to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
