Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to statutorily perform its duty by taking action in furtherance to the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2020 and further direct the respondent to exercise its power as per Section 210(1)(c) read with Section 212(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013 and assign the investigation into the affairs of Yes Bank Ltd and its Key Managerial personnel to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO).

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court that he wants to withdraw the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Court granted permission to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner to withdraw the present Writ Petition.
2. In view of the submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
