The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent Board to comply with the orders of the Statutory Authority under Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishment (Conferment of Permanent Status) Act, the Inspector of Labour dated 31.05.2011 made in Na.Ka.No.139 of 2010. 2.Even though the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents dated 26.12.2014, the respondents have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction.

3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
