O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to give police protection to the 3rd respondent in measuring the land concerned in Receipt No.7 (S.F.No.95, 96, 98/1, 98/2A and 309/10 of Kodangipalayam Village) dated 20.08.2020.

2. Heard Mr.A.P.Sathyamurthy the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On perusal of the records, the petitioner also requested the Revenue Officials to survey her land and also paid requisite fees. If the Revenue Officials appoint any Surveyor to survey the petitioner's land, and if the Surveyor finds any difficulty and hindrance at the time of surveying the land, Surveyor can very well seek police protection before the 2nd respondent herein and if any request is made by the Surveyor, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
