The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court on 21.07.2020 has been complied with. To substantiate the same, the communication of the second respondent made to the first respondent on 04.08.2020 was placed before this Court and it is seen that the meeting was conducted on 03.08.2020 and the resolution was passed in line with Rule 62 of the Cooperative Societies Rules, 1988.
