Crl.O.P.No.10327 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition stipulated in Crl.M.P.No.946 of 2024 order dated 10.04.2024 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu that is the petitioners/accused, in the event of their arrest or voluntary surrender at the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram, within two weeks, shall be granted anticipatory bail. They are to be released on bail upon execution of a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties each, one of whom must be a blood relative, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the same Magistrate. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the dismissal of this order. Furthermore, the petitioners/accused are directed to report daily at 10.30 A.M. at the respondent police station for a period of 15 days.". The petitioners requested modification is to allow regular sureties and reporting to the police station as and when required.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that except the above said conditions the petitioners have complied with the rest of the conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu. 3.Considering the said submission, the conditions imposed on the petitioners are modified and are as follows:

1.The petitioners/accused are granted anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or on their surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram, within two weeks, the petitioners/accused are ordered to be enlarged on bail on their execution of bond for Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate, failing which this order shall stand

dismissed.

ah 2.The petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required and the petitioner Nos.3 and 4 are directed to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 15 days.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
