O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in paragraph No.5(ii) of the order dated 09.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8376 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Special Court under Essential Commodities and Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (EC and NDPS) Act, Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the conditions imposed by the Court on a regular basis.

3. In view of the above, this Court does not find any justifiable reason to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Special Court under Essential Commodities and Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (EC and NDPS) Act, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.8376 of 2023 dated 09.11.2023.
