ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register an FIR in the complaint dated 04.12.2014 on the file of respondent Police in CSR/T9 PS/220/14 and to investigate the case and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. On a reading of the complaint it is seen that several suits are pending between the petitioner and the opposite party. That apart, the petitioner has given Power of Attorney, but has not even mentioned the date on which he has given the Power of Attorney. Even according to the petitioner, he has cancelled the Power of Attorney on 07.10.2014.
3. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent Police to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner.
With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
