Thereafter, on 10.01.2023 and 19.01.2023, as there was no representation for the appellant, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" today. Even today, (23.01.2023) there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
