The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for records and quash the notification issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.7425/2016/A2 dated 05.08.2016 as illegal and against law and consequently appoint the petitioner as the Hereditary Religious Dharmakarta of Sri Athikesavaperumal and Sri Bashyakara Swami Devasthanam in Sriperumbudur.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that during the pendancy of this writ petition, Non Madathipathi was appointed as Religious Dharmakartha. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional 2/4

Government Pleader, no order needs to be passed in this writ petition. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner has to challenge the appointment of Non Madathipathi as Religious Dharmakartha.

4.This writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
