This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2020 within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

The first respondent is an unnecessary party in the Writ Petition. Therefore, name of the first respondent is deleted. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.07.2020.

The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent Society was formed and registered before the second respondent. According to the petitioner, the petitioner did not give his name to be added as a member of the fourth respondent and his signature has been forged in the documents that were presented before the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 15.07.2020 to the second respondent. Since the same was not acted upon, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court. 4.

Heard Mr.J.Vivekanandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent and Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 15.07.2020 and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall issue notice to the fourth respondent before taking any decision on the representation made by the petitioner.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
