The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file a Revision Petition under Section 153 of The Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 and also prays for an appropriate direction for the early disposal of the Revision Petition.

2. This Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.Bala Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is hereby granted. The petitioner is permitted to file a Revision Petition before the Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The Registry is directed to return the original impugned order, after getting necessary endorsement with the learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner is permitted to file a Revision Petition before the Additional Registrar of the Cooperative Societies, Chennai, within a period of two weks from the receipt of a copy of this order and the said official, on receipt of the Revision Petition, shall entertain the same, (if the papers are otherwise in order), and thereafter, consider and pass appropriate orders on it, in accordance with law, within a period of two months, thereafter, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
