2. This application has been filed to set-aside the order dated 04.01.2024 passed in C.S.No.652 of 2013 against the applicants 1 to 5 /defendants 3 to 7.

3. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give opportunity to the applicants/defendants to contest the suit, this application is allowed with costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) and the ex-parte order of this Court dated 04.01.2024 passed in C.S.No.652 of 2013 is set-aside.

The applicants are directed to pay the abovesaid costs to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 21.06.2024.
