ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in E.A.No.7 of 2023 in E.A.No.4094 of 2016 in E.P.No.1234 of 2014 in O.S.No.11092 of 2010 pending on the file of the X-Assistant, City Civil Court, at Chennai, by dismissing the application in so far as of the Schedule property is concerned, by allowing this revision and to grant such 1/3

other reliefs as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. In an earlier occasion on 25.08.2023, this case was listed before this Court, and there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 30.08.2023 under the caption "?for dismissal"?. Though the case was listed under the caption for dismissal, even today i.e., on 01.09.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the case. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
