ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.180 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that due to property dispute, the petitioner had attacked the victim with iron rod, due to which, the victim sustained injuries and was hospitalized. Subsequently, the victim has been discharged from the hospital.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Considering the fact that the victim has been discharged from the hospital, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, in the event of arrest or on her appearance

before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omallur, Salem District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on condition that she shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting Officer or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. -sd/- 20/04/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
