(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed pre-maturely and without an order for re-location of the shop at present.

2. Thus, the writ petition is dismissed however, with the liberty to the petitioner to take a remedy if the re-location is permitted, offending the law. Consequently, W.M.P.No.13156 of 2022 is also closed. There will be no order as to costs.
