This petition has been filed to grant for a further period of six months time to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in its order dated 30.01.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.944 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15082 of 2021.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that they are unable to complete the investigation within time due to lapse of 10 years from the date of occurrence and also considering other reasons, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for another period of four months.

Accordingly, ordered.
