3.Considering the nature of the dispute and the nature of the documents filed along with this application, I do not see any prejudice that would be caused to the respondents, if this application is allowed. Hence, this application is allowed, the documents, which appended to the judges summons are received, subject to proof and relevancy. 4.The plaintiff to file affidavit of admission / denial with reference to documents, which have now been permitted to be produced by 03.08.2021.
