ORDER

This petition has been filed to amend as the Spl.S.C.No.449/2025 on the file of Learned Principal Special Court of Exclusive Trial of case under POCSO Court at Kallakurichi for the offences under Sections 5(n), 5(j)(ii), 6 of POCSO act 2012 r/w Section 131, 127(2), 351 of B.N.S Act instead of Crime No.66 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 15(n), 5(j)(ii), 6 of POCSO Act 2012 in Crl.O.P.No.3550 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025.

In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is of the view that the amendment seeking inclusion of Spl.S.C.No.449/2025 is not necessary and the provisions of the sections are amended as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.3550 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025 and issue fresh order copy.
