Respondents Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 21.02.2020 submitted to earmark and lay survey stones in respect of plot No.36, admeasuring extent of 11050 sq.ft., comprised in S.No.2/1B3A part 2 situated in No.189, Sholinganallur Village, then Saidapet Taluk, now Sholinganallur Taluk.

ORDER
(1)This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.02.2020 and to conduct survey in the subject property and fix the boundary stones.

(2)Mr.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate accepting notice on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the 1st respondent and the enquiry has been fixed on 12.09.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all necessary documents. (3)Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the 1st respondent has already taken cognizance of the representation made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to take a decision and act on the representation made by the petitioner after issuing notice to all the interested parties and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and complete the process within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(4)This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
