ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking amendment of the vehicle registration No.TN 56 P 7421 instead of registration No.TN 56 P 7621 mentioned in the order dated 12.03.2026 passed by this Court in Crl O.P.No.6345 of 2026.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the vehicle registration number has been inadvertently mentioned as "TN 56 P 7621" instead of "TN 56 P 7421" in the aforesaid order. Hence, the learned counsel seeks rectification of the said typographical error.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent. This Court has also perused the materials available on record.

4. This Court accepts the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to substitute the vehicle registration number as "TN 56 P 7421" in place of "TN 56 P 7621" wherever it occurs in the order dated 12.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6345 of 2026.

5. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections and issue a fresh order copy in Crl.O.P.No.6345 of 2026 at the earliest.

6. Except the same, all other portions of the order dated 12.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6345 of 2026 shall remain unaltered. 16-06-2026 Jd To
