ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 3 to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaints dated 11.09.2024, 19.11.2024 and 13.06.2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaints before the respondent police on 11.09.2024, 19.11.2024 and 13.06.2025 and the same are still pending without any progress.

In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaints lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 13, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
