O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's company to erect transmission tower at Door No.1/1, Othawadi Street, Puliyankannu Village, Valaja Taluk, Vellore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It appears that the petitioner is putting up transmission tower in the leased out land, which is being objected by some neighbours.

Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation, the respondent police is directed to look into the nature of the petition and give police protection as sought for by the petitioner.
