(CR.NO.494/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit of two weeks granted earlier vide condition No.5(b) imposed through the order dated 17.07.2020, passed in Crl.O.P.No.10658/2020, on the file of this Honble Court by fixing a fresh time limit for production of two sureties, pending investigation of the case in Cr.No.494 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent.
