Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the trial court daily at 10.30 a.m. in the morning and evening 5.00 p.m. from the date of lifting of lockdown and commencement of regular function of courts below, until further orders, in the meantime the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. in the morning and 5.00 p.m in the evening in Crl.OP.10306/2021 order dated 11.06.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.P.SATHIYAMURTHY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.
Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 5 Clause (d) of the order dated 11.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10306 of 2021.
2. This Court, vide order dated 11.06.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the trial court daily at 10.30 a.m in the morning and at 05.00p.m, in the evening from the date of lifting of lockdown and commencement of regular functioning of the Court below, until further orders. In the meantime, the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m in the morning and at 5.00p.m in the evening.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 11.06.2021 stand unaltered.
