This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 &2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Delli Mary had given a complaint to the second respondent-Police, and that the second respondent has transferred the complaint to the Inspector of Police, Villivakkam Police Station, Chennai, for want of territorial jurisdiction.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
