This petition has been filed seeking six months time to complete the investigation and file a final report, as per the direction of this Court in WMP No.564 of 2024 in W.P.No.11751 of 2021 dated 15.03.2024.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and perused the documents placed on record.

3. It is the contention of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners that now, case has been transferred to CBCID and documents have been collected and the said documents will be sent to Forensic Department within a week and the entire investigation will be completed within three months, thereby pleaded to grant time.

4. Taking note of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that various documents have been involved in this case and all the other old documents have been seized, time is hereby extended for Page No.2 of 4

a period of three months to complete the investigation finally.
