2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the submissions made, Paragraph No.6 of the order dated 06.06.2023, has modified and the same is to be reads as follows: "6. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appeal before the Appellate Tribunal in terms of Section 19 of FEMA, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such appeal is filed by the petitioner, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible. The period during which the writ petition was pending before this Court and review application pending before the original authority may be excluded for the purpose of limitation. Further liberty is granted to the petitioner to file waiver application along with the appeal."
