This application filed to amend the name of the respondent in the cause title of the above petition as "Writer Information Management Services, Division of Writer Business Services Private Limited" instead of "Writer Information Management Services Private Limited".

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition and list this matter on 06.06.2024.
