2. Though in paragraph No.26 of the order dated 19.11.2024, this Court has observed that the petitioner in W.P.No.29470 of 2024 is entitled to refund, in the operative portion the same has not been extracted. Therefore, the following shall be inserted after paragraph No.59 of the order dated 19.11.2024:

"The respondents shall refund the stamp duty collected to the tune of Rs.5,68,195/- at the time of registration on 03.01.2024 and registered on 21.03.2024 as Doc.Nos.3597 of 2024 and 3598 of 2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".
