This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2025 and consequently to direct the second respondent to provide police protection for the celebration of the Pankuni Uthra Tiruvilla to be held on 11.04.2025.

2. Heard learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry into the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.03.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
